Vol: 16 No: 14 December 22, 2017

As we begin a well-deserved winter break, this is a perfect opportunity to congratulate our students for all their hard work and achievements both academically and artistically. Thank you for your passion and dedication. It is also a perfect time to thank our OSA families for your support of the APT and our special school.

Wishing you health and happiness now and into the new year. See you in 2018!

Update

Hello OSA Community!

We are grateful for the many families who have participated in the Annual Fund. Five of the emphases have already surpassed last year’s participation numbers – let’s keep up the momentum and get to 100% participation!

The Breakdown:
FASHION DESIGN: 65%; AUDIO PRODUCTION: 63%; PRODUCTION DESIGN: 61%; DANCE: 59%; FIGURE SKATING: 56%; THEATRE: 52%; VISUAL ART: 43%; INSTRUMENTAL: MUSIC: 44%; DIGITAL MEDIA: 38%; VOCAL MUSIC: 32%; LITERARY ARTS: 29%

We are at 48% school wide participation and need your support to get to 100%.  One of the most important statistics we provide to potential outside donors is the percentage of parent participation in the Annual Fund.

We are asking families to consider a gift of $2,125 per student, but every gift counts, no matter the amount.

Ways to Give:

  • Recurring Gift: Please consider a monthly gift to support your student’s 60+ hours per month of arts programming and our stellar faculty.
  • One Time Gift (Checks preferred, or online).
  • Matching  Click here to find out if your company offers a Matching Gifts program.

Email Diana Schneider, Annual Fund Manager at dschneider@oakarts.org or call 1-510-873-8807 with any questions!
