Monkey Project Auction Closing

This Sunday is your last chance to own a Visual Art / Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe monkey!

The close of the auction at 9 p.m. Sunday, May 13, ends an era.  The Monkey Project will be no more.

The Monkey Project was an annual collaboration between School of Visual Art and Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe.  It was part contest and part fundraiser to benefit the Visual Art department at OSA.

For the past 7 years, Visual Art students created monkey portraits and twelve of the portraits are selected to hang in the restaurant for a year before being auctioned off online.

The current batch of monkeys has been on display since 2016 and represent our final auction. To view the catalog and find out how to bid on your favorite monkey, visit osavisualartstore.squarespace.com
