OSA Rock Climbing Alternative P.E. Program

October 20, 2015 through January 28, 2016

Invitation to All OSA Middle School Students with P.E. Classes

Beginning Tuesday, October 20th and running through Thursday, January 28, 2016, the OSA middle school will begin an alternative P.E. program at the Great Western Power Company, a Touchstone Climbing facility located near the campus. The program takes place during each of the P.E. periods for middle school students on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The program is for all middle school students, no matter if they are in Mr. Coleman’s P.E. class or Mr. Foster’s P.E. class. Any middle school P.E. student who doesn’t want to participate in the climbing/bouldering program will travel with one of the P.E. instructors for alternative activities.

Parents of the student participants will not be required to cover any costs associated with the opportunity for their child to participate in this “in school” sports P.E. activity, as the activity occurs during the school day, during a regularly schedule P.E. period.

IMPORTANT: It’s time for parents of participating middle school students to submit an online waiver.
